Marking Wheels
We provide HSS marking rollers, stamps with engravings in negative, of custom shapes and sizes. Marking wheel tools for automatic lathes and CNC lathes are available with fixed characters or interchangeable characters for different machining needs.
The marking wheels with fixed characters carved from solid material are used when it is necessary to mark the same text for a large number of pieces; the marking wheel will be replaced to modify the text even if in case of short texts, you can arrange the marking wheel with three different texts. Marking wheels with interchangeable characters allow for complete flexibility: replacing single characters you can edit texts for marking dates, batches of production, material indications, etc.
Our technicians prepare differentiated characters for height and side of reading, logos, special multi-characters.
