Threading comb tools

C.R.M. designs and manufactures precision combs, with a precise cutting geometry for multi-spindle lathes with GR1 and GR3 attachments.

Our production at the Ponte San Pietro plant (Bergamo) makes available combs for threading in HM braze or for mechanical fixture, with standard inserts.

These are high-end tooling products, which can also be made of circular disc combs with customized dimensions and geometries, for any need for mechanical machining - special shapes for knurling, grooves, ogives, etc.

The threading combs are designed to facilitate the positioning of the tools, with minimum machine preparation times.
